Terms and Conditions for WORKVANU

WorkVanu is a shared workspace state-of-the-art facility for individuals and businesses to conduct their work activities in a coworking environment. By using our co-working space, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

1.1.  Membership is open to individuals and businesses that require   

         workspace on a temporary or permanent basis and per requirement.

1.2.  Membership is subject to availability, and WorkVanu reserves the right to 

         refuse membership to any individual or business at its sole discretion.

1.3. Memberships are non-transferable.

2.1.  Workspace is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2.  Members are required to keep their workspace clean and tidy and to 

        leave it in the same condition as they found it.

2.3. Members must comply with all health and safety regulations and laws 

        while using the co-working space.

3.1. Membership fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

3.2.  Fees are subject to change at any time, and members will be notified of 

        any changes in advance.

3.3. Membership fee payments must be made by the due date stated on the 

       invoice. Failure to pay fees may result in the termination of membership.

4.1. WorkVanu reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any 

       time without notice for any breach of these terms and conditions or any 

       other reason deemed appropriate by WorkVanu.

4.2. Members may terminate their membership at any time by giving 15 days’ 

        written notice to WorkVanu.

4.3. On termination of membership, members must vacate their workspace 

       and remove all personal belongings. WorkVanu may dispose of any items      

       left behind.

5.1. Although WorkVanu strives to maintain a secure environment through 

        various means, members are required not to leave their belongings 

        unattended and unguarded.

5.2. Members are responsible for their own personal property, and WorkVanu 

       does not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal property.

6.1.  Members must keep confidential any information or documents 

        belonging to other members or the management of WorkVanu they may 

        see or receive while using the co-working space.

6.2. WorkVanu does not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising 

        from any breach of confidentiality by a member.

7.1. WorkVanu may vary these terms and conditions at any time by notice on 

       its website.

7.2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws as applicable in the 

        state of Pakistan.

7.3. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by 

        mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in 

        which WorkVanu operates.

8.1.  Members must behave professionally and respectfully towards other 

        members, WorkVanu staff, and guests.

8.2.  Members must not engage in any conduct that may disturb or disrupt 

        the peaceful and productive environment of the co-working space.

8.3.  Members are responsible for their guests and must ensure that their 

        guests comply with these terms and conditions.

8.4. Members must not engage in any unlawful activities, including but not 

       limited to using illegal drugs, theft, or harassment of other members.

8.5.  Members must not use the co-working space for any activities that may 

         cause damage to the property or any equipment or facilities provided by   

        WorkVanu.

8.6.  Members must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations 

         while using the co-working space.

8.7. WorkVanu reserves the right to ask members who fail to comply with 

        these conduct requirements to leave the co-working space immediately 

        and may terminate their membership at its sole discretion.

9.1. WorkVanu management has the right to manage and control the co-

       working space in a reasonable manner to ensure the safety and comfort 

       of all members and guests.

9.2. Management has the right to make changes to the co-working space, its 

        facilities, and its services at any time, with or without prior notice to 

        members.

9.3. Management has the right to refuse entry or service to any individual or 

       business at its sole discretion.

9.4.Management has the right to ask members to vacate their workspace if 

       required for any reason, including but not limited to repairs, 

       maintenance, or other events.

9.5. Management has the right to restrict access to certain areas of the co-

       working space, such as private offices or meeting rooms, at its sole  

       discretion.

9.6.Management has the duty to maintain the co-working space, its facilities, 

      and its services in good working condition and to respond promptly to any 

      member complaints or concerns.

9.7.Management has the duty to ensure the safety and security of the co-

       working space, its members, and guests and to provide appropriate  

       safety and security measures as needed.

9.8. Management has the duty to maintain the confidentiality of all members’ 

        information and documents in accordance with applicable laws and 

        regulations.

10.1. WorkVanu shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its 

         obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond its 

          reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fires, floods, 

         earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil 

         disturbances, terrorist acts, or war (collectively, "Force Majeure Events").

10.2. If a Force Majeure Event occurs, WorkVanu will use its best efforts to 

         notify affected members and resume its operations as soon as possible.

10.3. If a Force Majeure Event prevents a member from using the co-working 

         space, membership fees for the affected period may be refunded or 

        credited towards future membership fees at WorkVanu's sole discretion.

10.4. WorkVanu shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by 

          members or their guests due to a Force Majeure Event.
